Treasurey Bailout by Kevin McWhinney, Oct 1, 2008 (6:35pm)

I found it disgusting when I watch Mr. Cantor step forward after the failure of the first bailout vote, with the text of Ms. Pelosi’s morning speech in hand, and proclaim the reason the vote failed was because of that speech. What a pitiful and childish display. Mr. Cantor, your are a purported LEADER of the Republican Caucus, and once considered as Mr. McCain’s running mate. And to see that display was disappointing to watch. You couldn’t bring Mr. Goode and Goodlatte over to your side? Mr. McCain’s stunts last week showed his drama Queen talents, and produced no results – HE couldn’t even bring the Arizona delegation to the table. On top of all that, Mr. Bush, for what he is worth, could only deliver FOUR of the Texas delegation. Maybe because that bill was not what the PEOPLE wanted, versus what the groups that contributed nearly $950,000 to your campaign wanted. You are so transparent.
