Expanding Influence in the Pacific region by Ryan Birss, Aug 12, 2008 (8:53pm)
This bill aims to provide assistance to countries in the Pacific region. Interestingly enough, it was sponsored by a member of the American Samoa House. This bill seems like a good idea as the U.S. can create better ties with nations in the Pacific before China does.
